“The successful Irish White Fish shopper marketing campaign, created and executed by V360°, based on the research learnings by Red C, has had a significant impact for Bord Bia in terms of sector engagement potential. Sales levels for Irish White Fish species Hake, Haddock and Whiting, rose significantly in retailer test stores. The shopper research evaluation by V360° was instrumental in creating a best practice case-study in the application of behavioural economic principles to drive category growth. This ‘nudge’ based behavioural economics approach is now being considered for other food and drink categories across the Bord Bia business in Ireland and internationally.
